Seating locations vary depending on particular events. Please indicate when buying tickets if you require accessible seating. ADA The TD Banknorth Garden Access Service Center places high priority on the comfort and safety of its guests. For more information, please visit our ADA Seating page. Address TD Banknorth Garden is located at: 100 Legends Way Boston, MA 02114 Advance Ticket Sales The Box Office sells tickets for all events during the standard hours of operation. After 7:00 p.m. on the night of an event, guests can only purchase tickets to the event that is taking place that evening. Click here for more information. Age All individuals two years of age or older must possess a valid ticket for entry into the TD Banknorth Garden. A Child under two years of age is admitted free of charge for all events, provided that the child sits on a patron's lap. Occasionally, a family show (Disney On Ice, Globetrotters, Ringling Bros., etc.) will require children younger than two years old to purchase a ticket. Airports Boston's Logan International Airport is located less than (4) four miles away from the Garden. This is the closest airport to the arena. Aisles For safety and as a courtesy to other ticket holders, patrons are prohibited from sitting or standing in the aisles. Any guest not in compliance may be subject to eviction. Alcohol Service Management/Policy Alcohol is served at most TD Banknorth Garden events. Garden staff is trained in responsible alcohol service management. To purchase alcoholic beverages, a patron must present a valid MA driver's license, MA liquor ID, passport or military ID, which indicates the patron to be a least 21 years of age (MA ID cards, duplicate licenses, expired licenses, damaged licenses and driver's licenses, which do not have photos, will not be accepted). Out of state licenses are acceptable only if the patron is at least 25 years of age and another form of identification (e.g., credit card) will be required if the patron is between 25 and 30 years of age. Animals The only animals that patrons are allowed to bring into the Garden are those serving as guide, signal or service animals to aid guests with disabilities. Guests escorted by service animals may not take up additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat, but may request accessible seating. Assistive Listening Devices Assistive Listening Devices are available for loan at the Guest Relations Office located on Level 4, Loge 4. Baby Changing Facilities Baby changing stations are located in all restrooms throughout the Garden. Please note there are no "Family Restrooms" in the arena. Bag Searches (See also Prohibited Items) Bags, backpacks, luggage, coolers, parcels, briefcases and like articles will be strictly prohibited from the Garden. All guests will be subject to search, at the Garden's discretion, of their person and/or possessions (including women's handbags of normal size that may be allowed entry after such search). Patrons with prohibited articles will be turned away at the entrances and no storage or "check area" will be provided for such items. Enforcement will be without exceptions. Click here for more information. Banners Restaurant Dining in Banners is available for the exclusive enjoyment of all Premium Club Members / Ticket-holders (Levels 5 & 6). Reservations can be made by calling 617.624.2501. Banners and Signs Banners and signs are permitted inside the Garden, provided that Garden management may prohibit and confiscate signs that are not event-related, that are excessive in size or that contain indecent or derogatory comments or images, political statements, or commercial references. Signs and banners may not be hung anywhere in the Garden or displayed in any way that obstructs the view of others or advertising signage. No signs or banners with poles or sticks are permitted. Binoculars Patrons are welcome to bring a pair of binoculars to the Garden to enhance their overall experience. Boardroom, The (The Premium Club) The Boardroom is located in the West End of the arena, on Levels 5 and 6 of The Premium Club. Access to The Boardroom is limited to patrons with Boardroom tickets. A Boardroom ticket also allows access to The Premium Club restaurants, as well as The Sports Museum. Box Office The TD Banknorth Garden Box Office is located on the west side of the North Station Platform, to the right of the Pro Shop. The Box Office does not accept any incoming phone calls. Bus and Limousine Drop-Off The best drop-off location is on Causeway Street, which is the street that runs in front of the TD Banknorth Garden. There is no designated parking for buses or limousines. C | Back to Top | Cancelled/Postponed Events In the rare event that a Garden event is postponed or canceled, please visit the Garden website for up-to-date information on scheduled events. Camera Policy Sporting Events: Non-flash, still cameras without a detachable lens, may be used to take pictures of sporting events or events where house lights are illuminated during a performance. Cameras with detachable lens are prohibited from all TD Banknorth Garden events. Any tripod or other photography equipment may not be used or placed in any area of the building without building issued media credentials. Concerts and other Events: The Event Promoter reserves the right to deny camera use at any time during or before the concert and to prohibit the use of any camera that is deemed unacceptable. Cameras with detachable lens are prohibited at all TD Banknorth Garden concerts. The use of flash photography is also prohibited. Click here for more Garden policies. Catering (Special Events) Extensive special event catering services are available for corporate events, fundraisers, holiday party, and other special events. For an event that involves a game or event (concert or family show) at the Garden, call 617.624.1VIP. If you are looking to book an event that does not involve an event at the Garden, call 617.624.1638. Changeovers Changeovers from basketball to hockey set-up and vice versa, and for other events, generally require approximately 3.5 hours. It is not unusual for the Garden to host different types of events in the same day. Children (see Age) Club Seats (The Premium Club) If you are attending an event with a Club Seat ticket, please enter through The Premium Club entrances located at the east and west end of North Station. The Garden is not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged. Commuter Rail The MBTA operates the North Station commuter rail station, located on the ground floor beneath the Garden. North Station is home to the northbound and westbound commuter rail as well as a subway station located adjacent to the east entrance. Please note that food items are not cooked in peanut oil and peanuts sold at the Garden are prepackaged. Courtside Club The Celtics Courtside Club is located inside Legends Restaurant. The Courtside Club is exclusive to those ticket holders with courtside seats to Boston Celtics games. Dewar's 12 Lounge, The The Dewar's 12 Lounge is located on Level 5 of The Premium Club and boasts a beautiful bar, plasma televisions, and an awesome view of the action! Club Seat ticket holders have full use of this area to mingle and enjoy food and beverage during all Bruins and Celtics games. The typical times are noted below. Please check in advance by calling 617.624.1000. Bruins - East and West Premium Doors open two hours prior to game time. All Doors open one hour prior to game time. Celtics - East and West Premium Doors open two hours prior to game time. All Doors open one hour prior to game time. Concerts/Other Events - Doors open one hour prior to the event unless otherwise specifically noted. Drop Off and Pick-Up Points The best place to arrange for drop-off and pick-up for Garden events is along Causeway Street, which runs in front of the Garden. There are no designated drop-off or pick-up locations. E | Back to Top | Elevators The TD Banknorth Garden has two public elevators available to the general public, one located in the southeast corner of the arena and the other is located in the southwest corner. Each elevator provides access to all levels. End Times There is no definitive end time for concerts. Bruins and Celtics games are generally two to three hours in duration. Entry/Exit The Garden has escalators located near the East and West entrances in North Station that provide access to the ticket turnstyles and to each level of seating. Please follow the direction of TD Banknorth Garden staff and/or refer to the section listed on your ticket as to which level to access. Upon exiting the arena, you may leave the Garden through the escalators you entered or stairwells leading out of the building. Escalators The TD Banknorth Garden has thirteen (13) escalators that service each level between Level One and Level Seven. F | Back to Top | Facility Fee The purpose of a facility fee is to defray general operating costs for the venue and its events. You will find that many venues are charging this type of fee and that it is in line with industry standards. A facility fee is charged to each ticket purchased to the TD Banknorth Garden and may vary depending on the type of event. Fan Safe Hotline The TD Banknorth Garden is committed to ensuring a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. First Aid The First Aid office is located on Level 4 across from Section 15/16. Food and Beverages Guests may not bring food and/or beverage items into the arena at any time. Guests must dispose of the unauthorized items prior to entrance into the arena. The Guest Relations Office will not check-in or store any food or beverage items. Legends is everything you would expect from a sports bar and a whole lot more. Legends opens one hour before a game and remains open one hour after the end of each game. All lost and found items are to be taken to the Guest Relations Office (Level 4, Loge 4) during events. Guests should visit the Guest Relations Office during the event to inquire about lost items. After the conclusion of an event, Guests may contact TD Banknorth Garden Lost and Found at 617.624.1331 to inquire about lost items. Lost Children Children should be directed to the nearest TD Banknorth Garden staff member should they become lost. Lost Children will be taken to the Guest Relations Office (Level 4, Section 4). Parents looking for a lost child should go to this office as well. Lost or Stolen Tickets If you have lost your tickets or they have been stolen before your event takes place, please return to your point of purchase for further assistance. The Pro Shop The Pro Shop is located on the west side of North Station (Level 1 near the Box Office) and carries Bruins and Celtics merchandise, NHL, NBA and other local team products. Fan Zones In addition to the Pro Shop, there are novelty stands, called Fan Zones located on Levels 2, 4, 5, and 7 in the Garden. Here you will find Bruins and Celtics clothing and other items. During other events, concession stands with official event-specific merchandise will be open in addition to the Fan Zones. Messages on Garden HDX Scoreboard Messages are available for both Bruins and Celtics games for a donation. For Bruins games, a donation of $150 to the Boston Bruins Foundation is required. Protective Netting (Hockey) During hockey games at the TD Banknorth Garden, protective netting is hung above the glass behind both goals. This precaution limits the amount of pucks that leave the ice and enter the seating area. Although the netting provides some protection from injury, the Garden reminds you to stay alert at all times. Pucks Pucks that go into the stands during hockey games may be kept by the patron who catches the puck. Please note that while protective netting is put in place at each end of the rink, pucks may still go into the stands. The hockey pucks are made out of 100% vulcanized rubber and are chilled. When the pucks go into the stands it can cause serious injuries, so please stay alert at all times. Please notify a Guest Relations Team Member if you get hit or hurt by a puck. Guests who wish to return a prohibited item to their vehicle or need to exit and re-enter due to personal emergencies (i.e. retrieve medicine from vehicle), must first make contact with a Guest Relations Supervisor to make necessary arrangements. Refunds and Exchanges The TD Banknorth Garden has a no refund, no exchange policy on tickets for all events. Restaurants No matter what the event, the TD Banknorth Garden can satisfy your hunger. Depending on the demographics of the event (such as concerts), standing may be accepted as normal protocol. Guests are permitted to stand if the majority of the audience is doing the same. Standing on seats or any other building structure is not permitted and may result in eviction from the event. Strollers If necessary, guests may bring strollers to events at the arena. Please understand, however, that these strollers must be collapsible and fit under your seat. You may not leave strollers in the walkways, gates, or concourses and our staff will not guard these items for you. As a result, fans should be careful when purchasing tickets and should ensure that the seller is a TD Banknorth Garden licensed ticket seller, such as the TD Banknorth Garden Box Office, all Ticketmaster outlets, Ticketmaster by phone, and Ticketmaster.com.
